You must be confusing your png's with pdf files.. Loading a pdf in ANY image converter is bound to fail.

Hi Pat, if you look at my avatar it says that I am Bolt-Thrower = BT Brian T. is some Canadian madman (with a killer mullet) But yes, converting from BMP to JPG can easily be done

I use paint (Click on Edit) to save the pics in JPEG. Than I use Windows Photo Gallery to resize. Once you have done it a couple of times you will find it ain't that hard. Good Luck. Would love to see some of yer trophies. There is a Thread for that here. Under "Post Your Trophies". Peace. @ BT, it is great Mullet ain't it. Think I'm gonna grow my hair exactly like that... Peace. Brian T.

Pat_Booned wrote: I have convertin "JPG" but it is again too wide (exceed 600 x 900 pixell) The image needs to be smaller than 150 x 150 pixels to be made an avatar. Irfanview is a great little program. I use it all the time. You can convert and resize images with it. If you don't want to modify the image size, you could simply put it in Quasi's 'Avatar' post in the HU Topics forum. Use the Upload attachment near the bottom of the page to upload the image as I did.
